What our Catering Services look like
At BTP Conference and Exhibition Centre, we do have an on-site licenced café with outdoor and indoor dining-in facilities. Pinstripe Café offers a variety of food options including morning coffees, light snacks, and gourmet sandwiches.
Our mission is to provide our clients with a meeting place that is not only functionally productive for effective business communication but also warm and inviting when celebrating those significant milestones such as weddings, engagements, and birthdays. We also strive to make your private or corporate events as simple and stress-free as possible. So when it comes to organising your event, we partner you with one of our highly trained event coordinators who will assist you with every element of the planning, from choosing the perfect venue site to coordinating your food and catering services.
With our private event and corporate catering services, we offer catering options & packages exclusively for events hosted in our Centre such as corporate training seminars, trade shows, conferences, board meetings, private events, and other functions such as corporate banquets and fundraisers. Our set menus are available for all meals from breakfast, morning tea, and lunch to banquet or buffet dinners, to cocktail canapés and platters.
What’s more, we understand the importance of catering for guests that have allergies, intolerances, or cultural requirements. So our team is experienced in tailoring menus either fully or partially for any dietary or cultural food requirements you may have including Halal, Kosher, vegetarian and vegan requests. If you have a unique catering requirement, you can either contact us or ask your event coordinator who will happily go through your options with you.
For each catering event we host, our catering team will personally coordinate the catering with a range of delicious gourmet food options from light snacks to decadent meals. That way you can be sure the food and catering services provided will be of the highest standard.
