Complete our online enquiry form with your dates, times, room layout and any catering or AV needs. We’ll check availability and get in touch to discuss the details.
STEP 2
TAILORED QUOTE
We’ll prepare a proposal covering your room, catering, technical and equipment requirements, and send you a quotation for you to review and adjust as needed.
STEP 3
FINALISE BOOKING
Once you approve the proposal, we confirm your booking and lock in the budget, room set-up, AV and catering (including dietary needs). We then work from your run sheet so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Yes, we work with not-for-profit organisations to plan fundraising dinners, banquets and other events, with catering menus available to suit your format and budget.
Yes. We offer quality catering packages with set menus suited to conferences, training days, gala events and receptions, including breakfasts, corporate lunches, cocktail canapés and buffets. We’re happy to work with you on a package that suits your event.
Yes. We have boardroom-style spaces for 10–24 people, with theatre-style options up to around 40. Rooms include AV for presentations and online attendees, and we can provide catering from light refreshments through to full meal packages.
Yes. Paid daytime parking is available on-site and managed by Parkable. When you enter Brisbane Technology Park from Clunies Ross Court, you’ll see signs directing you to the designated car parks. BTP can pre-book bays for your event guests and provide parking directions on the day.
